Dr. Maxwell has been pleased to work with Share A Smile over the past two years.
Assisting those in greater need of orthodontic care has been very rewarding.
Throughout his years of experience, Dr. Maxwell has always been amazed at the power
of a beautiful smile. Working with Share A Smile, Dr.Maxwell has witnessed each patient
transform from a shy child to a confident young adult. Such transformations are one
reason that he began the study of dentistry and orthodontics. Providing a child with
an esthetically pleasing appearance and a correctly functioning occlusion gives
each child a lifetime of benefits. Dr. Maxwell and his staff thank Share A Smile for the
opportunity to treat these wonderful young adults.

Orthodontics is the study of the tooth movement and the movement of surrounding
facial structures (dental facial esthetics). The result is not only a beautiful smile but
teeth that fit together and function together correctly.

Dr. Maxwell has been in a private practice in Newport Beach for the past 6 years, Prior
to practicing in Newport Beach, he practiced dentistry and orthodontics in the
US Army, retiring in 2003. He grew up locally attending high school and university in
Orange County. Dr. Maxwell's practice is located in Fashion Island with
gorgeous views of Newport Bay. His treatment philosophy is orthodontic excellence 
with a caring and fun attitude. Dr. Maxwell's office has highly trained team
members, all with multiple years of orthodontic experience.

Dr. Maxwell and team welcome a continued relationship with Share A Smile. Share A Smile
is a unique organization; all the funds go directly to the treatment of the children.
